the auto updater won't update further, now it's stuck at march update

I tried the main download in this website but, when I updated the game, it stuck at March Update, no July Update or something, just outdated content.
I also tried other cracked websites like steamunlocked or igg-games but the auto updater won't update the game because they're all "non-updater", whatever that means. So if anyone has Gmod with newest update (July Update) please give, I can't play without HL2 EP2 npcs

After latest update (2025.07.23) game not work (main menu didn't show).
We stay previous version (2025.03.28).
